2. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Digital products or gift cards

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Intimate or sanitary goods (for health/hygiene reasons)

    • Items on clearance or final sale

3. How to Request a Return

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items with visible wear, missing parts, or damage not caused by us.
